To do this, he has created a new establishment at Abbeville that enables Le Domaine du Val to share these delicious and exciting creations.

Although he’s known for his cuisine, appearing as a guest on special France Bleu programs, promoting local flavors on France 3 and participating in Les Carnets de Julie, 100% Mag and Des Racines et des Ailes have contributed to making him a reference.
He’s also been written about in Le Journal d’Abbeville and Le Courrier Picard and has provided recipes and tips for Rustica and Plantes et Santé.
